Corporate Training

The objective of this training is to reduce project risk and ensure project success! Nirvana Education services are about the "People" side of change. Post implementation training
Post-implementation training is a method by which changes to the ERP system can be effectively implemented within an organization. More specifically, post-implementation training helps the effected business users successfully incorporate changes in requirements, roles, and responsibilities at all levels of an organization. During the ERP implementation, pre-implementation training is provided to the Business users with the initial foundation of knowledge, skills, and abilities to use the ERP System to perform their daily job duties. After the implementation comes the crucial part of keeping the ERP implementation successful. Nirvana develops customer specific training material with the help of implementation documents and interview of the key people involved in the implementation. We prepare the fresh user manuals and computer aided training manuals to make it more effective. The training is delivered to map the people with the application. With the well planned approach towards the corporate training we bring difference with the role based training.

Pre implementation
Nirvana uses its standard training kit for the Pre implementation courses. Our standard curriculum contains a full array of courses across the Oracle E-Business Suite to address your unique Oracle training requirements. From executive courses on setting project expectations to workshops for project teams, to end-user, job-focused courses, Nirvana Education empowers your team with the skills they need to make the most of your Oracle Application investments.

We provide the following training:
  • Senior Management Training – Key decision makers need to know about the product capability to steer the project effectively. We provide boot camp training to the top management.

  • Super Users or Business Champion Training – The Business Champion are the people who understand the business well but they need to gains skills and insights to make solid decisions during implementations or upgrades. They are required to have the Functional, Technical and DBA training to different role of people. Nirvana has designed these courses.

  • Technical Team Training – Customer need to develop a technical team for the post implementation phase. To make our customer self-reliance we help them to develop there in house technical team. The customer technical team learn about the tools that support the Oracle E-Business Suite post implementation phase.
